Nolan Brey, Intern
Nolan Brey is a native of rural northeast Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas in May with degrees in journalism, French and political science. At KU, he served as a political reporter and as a copy chief for the University Daily Kansan. He also served as a communications director for the KU Center for Community Outreach and as a governor’s intern for the Kansas Department of Commerce. In his free time, Brey is a Francophile who’s also hooked on podcasts and Kansas politics. He will join the LA Times copy desk in June by way of the Dow Jones News Fund.
