Marlese Lessing is headed to Central Connecticut Communications this summer after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a dual degree in journalism and animal science. She spent all four years of  her undergraduate career at the Daily Campus, the university's daily print newspaper, as a writer, copy editor, news editor and designer. At the Daily Campus, she wrote a weekly column called Weird Wednesdays. In the future, she'd like to go into science, travel or feature writing. Some of her hobbies include playing Dungeons and Dragons, reading, cooking, embroidery and painting with watercolors.
